The FIRE-T (Facing the Industrial Revolution Era for Teachers) program was officially launched as part of efforts to develop educator competencies to address the dynamic needs of modern education and industry. This activity is designed to strengthen teachers’ knowledge and insight, while also introducing STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics)-based learning approaches relevant to current technological developments and industrial needs.
