Congratulations to students from various universities in Indonesia who have been accepted in program of Kredensial Mikro Mahasiswa Indonesia, especially those who have succeeded in becoming KMMI participants in Geophysical Engineering ITS . In this inaugural year of the program held by the Ministry of Education and Culture, Geophysical Engineering ITS has opened 2 courses: Petrophysics Training and Geological Disaster Mitigation. The enthusiasm of the registrants for this course was really great, so that the selection process was carried out strictly by the ITS Geophysical Engineering KMMI team.
The opening of the KMMI program in ITS was held on Thursday, August 5, 2021, attended by the ITS Rector, ITS Vice Rector for Academic Affairs, KMMI Team Coordinator of the Ministry of Education and Culture, Industry Executive Education Microsoft, and KMMI participants.
The inaugural Petrophysics Training class was held on Saturday, August 7, with the opening of the Head of the ITS Geophysical Engineering Department, Dr Dwa Desa Warnana, as well as representatives from partner companies, the Chairman of the State Energy Tecrube, Miftahul Firdaus, ST, M.Sc., MT. introduction was also given by Tecrube, delivered by Budi Rahim Permana, ST, MT, M.Sc., MM.
On the other hand, the launching of the Geological Disaster Mitigation course was held on Monday, August 2, 2021, by opening with an introduction to the lecture by the Head of Geological Disaster Mitigation course team, Dr. Amen Widodo. In this inaugural class, an overview of the lecture is given, as well as an explanation of the final project.
