One of the non academic staff of the ITS Geophysical Engineering Department, Dihein Reksa Ikmaluhakim, won an award as Best Presenter at the 2020 ICONStaff International Seminar. The title he delivered in the seminar was “Student Satisfactton in Adminstrative Service, an Impactful Factor through World Class University”. This international forum, which was held virtually on 2-5 November 2020, was presented by the ITS Directorate of Global Engagement, inviting non acedemic staff from various countries.
