Related Regulations to Employment Practice Living Wage

In response to the inadequate income for many working households dependent on the current statutory minimum wage rates, ITS is committed to implementing employment practice living wage measures. ITS has established a number of regulations to ensure this measure to all staffs and faculty members.

In regard to employment practice unions, ITS acknowledges unions and labor rights (freedom of association and collective bargaining) for all, including women and international staff. ITS fully supports government regulations related to employment practice unions such as the Law of the Republic of Indonesia No. 14 Year 2005 about Teachers and Lecturers, Government Regulation No. 37 of 2009 about Lecturers. With the regulations followed by ITS, it can provide a secure position for ITS employees. ITS also issues Regulation of ITS Rector No.2 Year 2017 abut Employment at ITS and Regulation of ITS Rector No. 04 Year 2020 concerning Classes and Position Values in ITS.

Regulation of ITS Rector No. 2 Year 2017 about Employment at ITS

 

ITS issued the Regulation of ITS Rector No. 2 Year 2017 about ITS Employment. Considering the status of a Legal Entity State University, ITS has the autonomy to manage its human resources. ITS pays attention to their welfare by establishing the minimum take-home pay, minimum annual leave, sick leave, and maternal leave for all academic communities.

By issuing such an announcement, ITS strives to prioritize the elements of transparency and equality in undertaking its activities.

ITS issued the regulation regarding honorarium of freelance within ITS area with fair payment scheme and decent allowance. ITS is striving to keep the welfare of its human resources beyond average.

Such policy covered some administrations of staff matters, including allowances and feast day leaves.
