  • All Tendik in each work unit must participate, because it will be one aspect of the work assessment
  • Participants are groups/teams consisting of 1 team leader and a maximum of 7 members (1 group consisting of a maximum of 8 people) in the same work unit
  • Creating a comfortable and safe work environment
  • Teams can be arranged independently which is facilitated by the Wadir/Kaburo/Manager/Head of Division/Head of Subdivision in their respective work units.
  • Fostering cooperation and a spirit of collaboration between employees
  • Wadir/Kaburo/Manager/Head of Division/Head of Subdivision/Supervisor must be a member of one of the teams in the work unit
  • The group leader fills out/uploads the registration form at the link https://intip.in/FormPendaftaranPengukurBudayaKerjaITS2021
  • The results of the documentation are compiled in the form of an activity report in accordance with the booklet format that has been provided on the page https://www.its.ac.id/sdmo/id/kegiatan/program-5ss/program-5ss-2021/
  • The report file is uploaded to https://intip.in/PengumpulanBookletBudayaKerja2021 with the file name format NAME HEAD OF GROUP_NAME WORK UNIT
  • Deadline for sending email is December 3, 2021 at 23.59 WIB
