Hello #SDMOFriends!

In order to increase the understanding of ITS Lecturers regarding the latest mechanisms for credit numbers and functional positions, the ITS Directorate of Human Resources and Organizations held a Webinar on Explanation of Credit Numbers, Promotion & Lecturer Functional Position Levels. As we know, functional positions are a group of positions that contain functions and tasks related to functional services based on certain expertise and skills. Credit Score is a unit of value from activity descriptions and/or accumulated value from activity descriptions that must be achieved by Functional Officials in the context of developing the career in question. Meanwhile, the Cumulative Credit Score is the accumulation of the minimum Credit Score that must be achieved by Functional Officials as one of the requirements for promotion and position. From this activity, it is hoped that every lecturer will be able to understand well the mechanism for promotion and credit score assessment, as well as the terms and conditions that apply.

The webinar will be held online via the Zoom application on Wednesday, January 3 2023 at 09.00 WIB until finished. The resource person in charge of delivering the material in this webinar is Prof. Dr. Sutikno, M.T. which is the Kemdikbudristek Lecturer Academic Position Assessment Team and moderated by Dr. Irhamah as Deputy Director of Human Resources and Organization of ITS. This event was welcomed enthusiastically by ITS lecturers so that it was attended by more than 500 participants. ITS Deputy Chancellor for Human Resources, Organization and Information Systems Technology was also present at the event.

During the activity, the participants were very enthusiastic and interested in listening to the material presented, this was because there were quite significant changes between the old and new mechanisms. So quite a few participants also asked questions during the question and answer session. The webinar ends with a conclusion on the material provided.
