To access E-journal and E-Books, you should use the ITS internet network or Wi-Fi. However, if you (an ITS academic community member) are off-campus, please use a VPN (Virtual Private Network) compatible with your operating system. Through a VPN account, any internet user can access the campus network even when not on the ITS campus.
