Hal ini pun tidak terlepas pada kebutuhan warga yang bermata pencaharian dalam sektor perikanan. Maka dari itu tim Kuliah Kerja Nyata (KKN) <a href=\"https:\/\/www.its.ac.id\/\">Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember (ITS)<\/a> menciptakan pompa air berbasis teknologi fotovoltaik dengan <a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Maximum_power_point_tracking\">Maximum Power Point Tracking<\/a> (MPPT) guna efektifkan produksi perikanan setempat.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Ketua Pelaksana KKN Pengabdian masyarakat (Abmas), Dr Eng Ardyono Priyadi ST MEng mengungkapkan, Kelurahan Mojokamung, Bojonegoro sangat memerlukan alternatif sumber bahan bakar. Pasalnya, pada kelurahan tersebut, kebutuhan akan bahan bakar solar menghabiskan biaya produksi yang cukup mahal. Sehingga menurunkan produktivitas para pelaku perikanan tambak.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Oleh karena itu, menginovasikan sistem pompa para petani, tim KKN Abmas ITS memanfaatkan energi matahari (<a href=\"https:\/\/id.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Fotovoltaik\">fotovoltaik<\/a>) sebagai sumber daya terbarukan yang menggantikan solar. Dengan sumber energi baru pada alat pompa ini, petani dapat menekan biaya bahan bakar minyak (BBM) yang sedang naik akhir-akhir ini. \u201cMaka dengan alat ini, akan menghemat biaya dan meningkatkan kesejahteraan petani tambak,\u201d jelas Ardyono.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_74072\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-74072\" style=\"width: 1920px\" class=\"wp-caption alignnone\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-74072\" src=\"https:\/\/www.its.ac.id\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2022\/10\/Mahasiswa-KKN-Abmas-ITS-saat-menjelaskan-cara-kerja-pompa-air-ciptaan-tim-KKN-Abmas-ITS.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"1920\" height=\"1080\" \/><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-74072\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Mahasiswa KKN Abmas ITS saat menjelaskan cara kerja pompa air ciptaan tim KKN Abmas ITS<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Untuk mendukung hal tersebut, pompa garapan tim KKN Abmas ini menggunakan sistem MPPT. MPPT akan berfungsi sebagai pengatur daya yang masuk ke baterai pompa air dari solar panel tetap stabil. Hal tersebut dikarenakan energi dari sumber matahari masih bersifat fluktuatif sehingga menyebabkan daya yang didapatkan bervariasi. Setelah melewati MPPT, daya akan memasuki <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">inverter<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> yang akan mengubah listrik menjadi arus bolak-balik atau <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">alternate current <\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">(AC).\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Lulusan doktor Universitas Hiroshima ini mengatakan pada bulan Juni, tim KKN Abmas melakukan penyurveian pada Kelurahan Mojokampung. Hal tersebut diperlukan untuk menciptakan spesifikasi yang mendukung dengan situasi dan kondisi pompa air bertenaga surya ini. Selain itu, adapun langkah edukatif dari tim KKN Abmas ITS untuk mengajari cara mengoperasikan dan merawat pompa listrik bertenaga surya tersebut.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_74074\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-74074\" style=\"width: 6000px\" class=\"wp-caption alignnone\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-74074 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/www.its.ac.id\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2022\/10\/DSC07513.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"6000\" height=\"4000\" \/><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-74074\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Mahasiswa KKN Abmas ITS saat memberikan sertifikat hibah teknologi kepada petani tambak<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Lebih lanjut, Ardyono menjelaskan bahwa pompa air merupakan kebutuhan penting bagi petani tambak Kelurahan Mojokampung. Hal ini dikarenakan daerah tersebut mendapatkan air dari sumber air bawah tanah. \u201cSehingga dibutuhkannya penyaluran air yang efisien dan ekonomis\u201d tambah Ardyono.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Pada KKN pun terdiri dari empat dosen dan 20 mahasiswa Departemen Teknik Elektro ITS. Ardyono menambahkan petani tambak senang dengan adanya inovasi pompa air ini. Dengan adanya pompa air bertenaga surya dengan MPPT ini, dapat membangun tambak ikan nasional untuk membantu sistem pengairan.
