NST kali ini membahas tentang peran kecerdasan buatan dalam dunia bisnis untuk menjalin kedekatan dengan pelanggan. Mengusung tema <em>Business on Modern Era with Artificical Intelligence<\/em>, kegiatan ini sukses dihelat pada Minggu (21\/10) di Gedung Robotika ITS.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Dalam materinya, Product Lead Rinna Microsoft Artificial Intelligence and Research, Yugie Nugraha mengungkapkan, saat ini banyak perusahaan telah beralih kepada kecerdasan buatan untuk meningkatkan efisiensi kerja berbagai proses bisnisnya. \u201cKecerdasan buatan yang paling sering kita jumpai adalah penggunaan Chatterbot, atau yang sering disebut Chatbot untuk berkomunikasi langsung dengan pelanggan,\u201d tuturnya.<\/p>\n<p>Chatbot merupakan salah satu bentuk kecerdasan buatan yang dirancang untuk melakukan percakapan dengan manusia baik dalam bentuk suara maupun teks. Chatbot memiliki beberapa keunggulan ketika diterapkan untuk bisnis, yakni pada aspek layanan konsumen. \u201cDibanding manusia, robot mampu melakukan pelayanan bisnis 24 jam sehari, dan tujuh hari seminggu, tanpa perlu beristirahat,\u201d terangnya.<\/p>\n<p>Yugie menambahkan, disamping ketersediaannya yang tinggi, Chatbot juga mampu merespon pertanyaan pelanggan dengan lebih cepat, dan lebih banyak. \u201cJika satu orang hanya dapat menangani pertanyaan satu pelanggan dalam satu waktu, Chatbot mampu melayani bahkan hingga seribu pelanggan dalam satu waktu yang bersamaan,\u201d jelas lulusan Universitas Komputer Indonesia (Unikom) Bandung ini.<\/p>\n<p>Meski begitu, menurut Yugie Chatbot masih memiliki beberapa kekurangan, terutama mengenai caranya berinteraksi dengan pelanggan. Dalam interaksinya dengan pelanggan, Chatbot hanya fokus untuk melakukan percakapan seefisien mungkin. Dampaknya, percakapan akan dianggap selesai ketika tujuan pelanggan sudah terpenuhi. \u201cHal ini, sangat disayangkan, karena ketika interaksi ini selesai maka tidak ada kesan yang ditinggalkan,\u201d ujarnya.<\/p>\n<p>Berangkat dari hal tersebut, ia Bersama rekan-rekannya yang tergabung dalam Product Lead Rinna AI tengah mengembangkan Chatbot yang diberi nama Rinna. Ia mengklaim bahwa Rinna merupakan Chatbot yang memiliki kemampuan untuk memberikan sentuhan emosional dalam percapakannya dengan pelanggan. \u201cSentuhan emosi dalam kecerdasan buatan berperan penting untuk memberikan empati kepada lawan bicara, sehingga mampu membentuk hubungan emosional dengan pelanggan,\u201d ungkapnya.<\/p>\n<p>Lanjut Yugie, ketika Rinna melakukan percakapan dengan pelanggan, ada lima tahapan yang dilakukan, tahapan tersebut di antaranya memulai pembicaraan mengenai suatu topik, kemudian mengikuti alur pembicaraan sesuai dengan topik, menunjukkan empati, memperdalam topik, dan yang terakhir adalah melakukan kombinasi dalam pembicaraan.<\/p>\n<p>Menurutnya, proses tersebut ditujukan agar pelanggan merasakan kenyamanan ketika bekomunikasi dengan Rinna. \u201cDengan demikian akan terbentuk komunikasi yang berlangsung secara terus menerus, dan mampu meninggalkan kesan,\u201d tandasnya.<\/p>\n<p>Yugie mengaku, sejak dirilisnya Rinna di Indonesia yaitu pada Agustus 2017 lalu, pernah tercatat adanya pelanggan yang melakukan percakapan dengan Rinna hingga sepuluh jam tanpa henti. Hal ini membuktikan bahwa sentuhan emosional dalam algoritma kecerdasan buatan mampu menjadi gaya hidup yang bersahabat dan memberi kanyamanan kepada pelanggan.<\/p>\n<p>Yugie berpesan, khususnya kepada mahasiswa yang memiliki keinginan untuk mengembangkan kecerdasan buatan, bahwa kunci untuk mengimplementasikan kecerdasan buatan dalam dunia bisnis adalah kesabaran. \u201cKesabaran sangat diperlukan ketika kita mengembangkan kecerdasan buatan, sebab diperlukan proses yang cukup panjang untuk dapat mencerdaskan suatu program komputer,\u201d pungkasnya.
