Bukan hanya mengenai berapa banyak uang yang kita keluarkan untuk biaya pengobatan, tapi juga mengenai kesempatan dan pengalaman berharga yang bisa kita dapat bila seandainya kita tidak sakit.<\/p>\n<p>Doddy Priambodo, Direktur Eksplorasi dan Pengembangan PT Pertamina, dulu pernah mengungkapkan bahwa gaya hidup tidak sehat semasa menjadi mahasiswa akan sangat mempengaruhi kinerja seorang <em>fresh graduate.<\/em> &#8221;Pola makan tidak sehat dan perilaku malas berolahraga nantinya akan merugikan mahasiswa sendiri,&#8221; tuturnya saat memberikan pembekalan Dare to be Global tahun lalu.<\/p>\n<p>Saya pun tidak mengelak, kegiatan yang luar biasa sibuk dan bertambahnya amanah yang diemban. Juga tanggung jawab akademik yang harus dipikirkan. Semua hal tersebut sangat melekat mahasiswa.<\/p>\n<p>Begadang mengerjakan tugas, rapat organisasi, kepanitiaan sana-sini, belajar buat ujian, hal-hal semacam ini yang membuat mahasiswa melalaikan kesehatannya. Apalagi kalau kita sudah bicara soal anak kos yang jadwal sarapan dan makan siang jadi satu. Ya, memang begitu adanya <em>sih, <\/em>tapi sebisa mungkin tidak kita teruskan sehingga menjadi kebiasaan.<\/p>\n<p>Ada banyak cara sederhana yang bisa dilakukan untuk menjaga kesehatan. Tidak perlu sampai diet ketat dan olahraga yang berlebihan. Berikut beberapa cara untuk menjaga kesehatan sebagai mahasiswa:<\/p>\n<p>1.<span style=&quot;white-space: pre;&quot; class=&quot;Apple-tab-span&quot;> <\/span>Sarapan<br \/>Jangan remehkan apa yang kita makan di pagi hari. Sarapan itu penting karena dapat mempengaruhi konsentrasi di kampus.<\/p>\n<p>2.<span style=&quot;white-space: pre;&quot; class=&quot;Apple-tab-span&quot;> <\/span>Kurangi jajan sembarangan<br \/>Sebisa mungkin hindari makanan yang dimasak dengan minyak jelantah. Jangan sampai kita menjadi sarjana, tapi menderita kolesterol dan lemak yang berlebih.<\/p>\n<p>3.<span style=&quot;white-space: pre;&quot; class=&quot;Apple-tab-span&quot;> <\/span>Olahraga<br \/>Sempatkan berolahraga minimal seminggu sekali. Selain membuat badan lebih sehat, olahraga juga bisa menjadi media <em>refreshing<\/em> dari penatnya beban kampus.<\/p>\n<p>4.<span style=&quot;white-space: pre;&quot; class=&quot;Apple-tab-span&quot;> <\/span>Istirahat dengan cukup<br \/>Lembur kadang menjadi solusi, tapi jangan dibiasakan. Ketika tugas menumpuk dan banyak kegiatan, atur waktu lagi dengan baik.<\/p>\n<p>Selamat Hari Kesehatan Nasional!<br \/>Tetap sehat!
