Dr. Syarifa or Ms. Eva is the current head of business management department ITS. Dr. Syarifa is an Associate Professor at the Business Management Department, Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember (ITS), Surabaya, Indonesia. Dr Syarifa received her doctorate degree from School of Management, Economics, Law, Social Sciences, and International Affairs, University of St. Gallen, Switzerland. Dr. Syarifa received her master and bachelor degree from Industrial Engineering Department, ITS. Her research area involving performance management and measurement, human resources management, and strategic management. Before joining ITS as a lecturer and researcher, she have experiences as professional engineer and human resource professional.
