Ms. Rai is the current Head of  Entrepreneurship and Small Medium Enterprsie (ESME) laboratory. She received her master and bachelor degree from Faculty of Psychology, Universitas Airlangga. Her research area involving psychological capital & wellbeing, human resource management, and employability. Ms. Rai is an active psychologist. Ms. Rai also have experience as human resource analyst and recruitment assessor.
