Dr. Bustanul is an Assistant Professor at the Business Management Department, Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember (ITS), Surabaya, Indonesia. Dr. Bustanul received his doctorate from Department of Management, Universitas Brawijaya. He received his master and bachelor degree from Industrial Engineering Department, Institut Teknologi Bandung. His research area involving entrepreneurial leadership, human resource management, and integrated marketing communication.
