Dr. Arman is the current head of Public, Business, and Industrial Policies Center, ITS. Dr. Arman is an Associate Professor at the Business Management Department, Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember (ITS), Surabaya, Indonesia. Dr. Arman received his doctorate degree from Industrial Engineering Department, Universitas Gadjah Mada. He received his master degree from Department of Industrial Systems Engineering, Asian Institute of Technology, Thailand and his bachelor degree from Industrial Engineering Department, Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember. His research area involving performance measurement, strategic management, business simulation, innovation, and new product development. Dr. Arman is board of expert for International Council for Small Business (ICSB) Asia Chapter. He also serve as President Commissioner of PT. Boma Bisma Indra.
