About Us
IMPROVE's incubator was established as a business incubator that facilitates the business ideas of all ITS Business Management students both from business entrepreneurship courses (New Venture Creation and Sociopreneur) and privately established businesses. There are also two programs, namely the incubation program: Business mentoring to MB ITS student that having business which is deemed ready to be fostered within a period of six months to one year and training programs for businesses with the main target participants coming from Business Management ITS students. At present, IMPROVE is also engaged in the event organizer field and take care of the IDX Investment Gallery which was inaugurated in September 2019. IMPROVE was originally a business incubator established by the initiative of three Business Management ITS students (Ywang Nara Pragnya, class of 2014; Fahreza Rafsanjani P, class of 2014; and Dandy Rizky Widyawan, class of 2016) with approval from the Head of ITS Business Management Department at the time (Imam Baihaqi, ST, M.Sc., Ph.D.). IMPROVE was inaugurated on October 28, 2017 by the Dean of the Faculty of Business and Management of ITS Technology, Prof. Dr. Ir. Udisubakti Ciptomulyono M.Eng.Sc

A place for start-up meetings with the general audience and venture capital to gain insights related to business development. In 2020, Start Up Meet Up will again be held with the concept of pitching competition.
International Conference organized by the ITS Business Management Department and collaborating with IMPROVE as an event organizer. This event was successfully held at Oakwood Hotel with a total of 150 participants.
One form of facilities provided by IMPROVE to ITS Business Management students in order to understand the SPSS application for data processing.
One of the IMPROVE projects in collaboration with the ESME Laboratory is to facilitate the entrepreneurial work of ITS Business Management students in the 3rd semester of the New Business Creation course. Not only the Bazar as the main attraction of this event, but there are also talkshows and workshops that present speakers who are extraordinary.
Training given to mothers who also owns MSMEs regarding cost of goods sold calculation and basic financial management.
