Science Management Challenge (SMC) ITS 2023 held a competition with the theme “Optimizing Sustainability Through Digitalization”, which aims to encourage innovation in sustainability through the use of digital technology participated by undergraduate or diploma students.
As part of the series of events, SMC ITS also held a workshop entitled “Optimizing Sustainability Through Digitalization”, which was filled by Yongky Lio, S.T., M.B.A. This workshop provided insight into how digitalization can play a role in creating sustainable business solutions. Through this competition and workshop, participants have the opportunity to deepen their understanding of digital transformation and its impact on sustainable business management.
The SMC 2023 competition carries the concept of a miniature professional world. In the concept of the competition which emphasizes participants more on the world of work, it is hoped that it can be a picture for participants in facing and providing solutions to problems in the world of work after becoming graduates. This concept is applied in the form of a work format at the preliminary and grand final stages in the form of a Business Idea Canvas (BIC), and there are workshops that will help participants understand about BIC which is useful in the world of work and its implementation in the solution designs created.
