It is with great pride that we share the involvement of the Department of Mathematics at *Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember (ITS)* in the GREENSEA Project, an Erasmus+ Capacity Building in Higher Education initiative aimed at reinforcing Green Deal education and advancing digital transformation across European and Southeast Asian higher education institutions.
The Department of Mathematics is represented in this project by Dr. Tahiyatul Asfihani, S.Si., M.Si. and Prof. Subchan, S.Si., M.Sc., Ph.D., who participated in the Kick-off Meeting held on 5–7 February 2026 at Dong Nai Technology University (DNTU) and Van Lang University (VLU), Vietnam.
During the three-day meeting, consortium members engaged in:
* Presentations on project objectives and expected outcomes * In-depth discussions of work packages, timelines, and deliverables * Curriculum development planning aligned with green and sustainable engineering principles * Academic exchange and institutional sharing sessions * Strategic wrap-up discussions to define the next action plans
