Innovative research is unceasingly carried out by Surabaya Sepuluh November Technology Institute (ITS) lecturers in an effort to help the wider community in Indonesia. This time Prof. Dr. rer. nat. Fredy Kurniawan, M.Si, a lecturer from the Chemistry Department of ITS, along with his colleagues conducted a research on the detection of pig gelatin in processed foods for controlling halal products.
