NanoBridge International Symposium 2026

From Niche Excellence to Real-World Innovation

The Malaysia–Japan International Institute of Technology (MJIIT), Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM), in collaboration with the National Nanotechnology Centre (NNC), Ministry of Science, Technology and Innovation (MOSTI), invites academics, researchers, students, industry professionals, and key stakeholders to participate in the NanoBridge International Symposium 2026.

The symposium will bring together researchers and innovators to exchange emerging knowledge, strengthen strategic networks, and advance nanotechnology research towards real-world innovation and impact.

Symposium Focus

NanoBridge 2026 welcomes research contributions and discussions in areas including:

• Nanomaterials and Thin Films
• Nanoelectronics and Sensors
• Energy and Sustainable Systems
• Biomedical Nanotechnology
• Translational Nanotechnology

The symposium provides a platform for participants to share research findings, explore emerging developments, and connect with researchers and industry stakeholders working across the nanotechnology ecosystem.

Publication Opportunities

Accepted extended abstracts, subject to registration and compliance with submission requirements, will be published in the official NanoBridge 2026 Proceedings with e-ISBN.

Selected full papers will also be invited for consideration for publication in a Scopus-indexed journal, subject to the journal’s scope, peer-review process, and publication requirements.

NanoBridge Accelerator Challenge 2026

Alongside the symposium, NanoBridge Accelerator Challenge 2026 invites researchers, academics, and students to showcase, demonstrate, and compete with their research ideas, prototypes, and innovations with translational and commercial potential.

The Challenge offers a total prize pool of up to RM2,000 and provides participants with an opportunity to present innovative solutions and explore their potential for real-world application.
