Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember (ITS) has long been a crucible for future leaders, particularly through the Faculty of Intelligent Electrical and Informatics Technology (FT-EIC). Countless graduates have left their golden marks across various industries, proving that the knowledge and experience they gained in college have propelled them to the pinnacle of success. From telecommunications to energy, from education to banking, FT-EIC ITS alumni have played a crucial role in shaping the modern digital and technological landscape.

 

Every student has probably wondered, “Where will my next step take me? But for FT-EIC ITS graduates, the answer is vast and filled with opportunities. They do not just seek jobs; they create innovations, lead companies, and become architects of change across multiple fields.

 

Take, for example, Aju Widya Sari, S.T., M.T., an Electrical Engineering (E-30) alumna, who now serves as the Director of Telecommunications at the Directorate General of Post and Informatics Operations (Ditjen PPI), Ministry of Communication and Informatics. In her role, she is at the helm of developing the national telecommunications ecosystem in an increasingly dynamic digital era.

 

Similarly, Bayu Hanantasena, a graduate of Electrical Engineering ITS class of 1988 (E-28), is now the CEO of Lintasarta, a leading company in information and communication technology solutions. His leadership excellence even earned him the prestigious Indonesia Executive of the Year award at the Asian Management Excellence Awards 2025.

 

Another remarkable figure is Bogi Witjaksono, an Electrical Engineering ITS alumnus, who now serves as Director of Wholesale & International Service. He plays a vital role in expanding Indonesia’s communications reach to global markets, proving that local talents can compete internationally.

 

In the field of education, Prof. Dr. Khairul Munadi, S.T., M.Eng., an Electrical Engineering ITS alumnus from the E-30 batch, currently serves as the Director General of Higher Education (Dirjen Dikti) at the Ministry of Higher Education, Science, and Technology (Kemendikti Saintek). With his vision and policies, he is shaping the future of higher education in Indonesia, fostering a more innovative and adaptive academic environment.

 

In the energy sector, Adi Priyanto (E-24) is now the Director of Distribution at PT PLN (Persero), playing a crucial role in ensuring electricity reaches even the most remote corners of the country. Meanwhile, Edi Srimulyanti (E-25), as Director of Retail and Commerce at PT PLN (Persero), leads the company’s marketing strategies and customer service for Indonesia’s largest electricity provider.

 

Additionally, Faizal Rochmad Djoemadi, another Electrical Engineering ITS alumnus, now holds the position of President Director at PT Pos Indonesia. Under his leadership, PT Pos Indonesia continues to transform in the digital era, bringing innovation to logistics and postal services.

 

FT-EIC ITS is not only home to outstanding Electrical Engineering graduates. Other departments, such as Informatics Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, and Information Technology, have also produced alumni who shine across various industries. With the rapid development of technology, FT-EIC ITS graduates have even greater opportunities to contribute and make an impact.
