FTEIC graduates celebrating graduation at Graduation-126, Sunday (25/9)
The 126th graduation ceremony on the second day of the Sepuluh Nopember Institute of Technology was successfully held on Sunday (25/9). The solemn and festive opening ceremony was held at Graha Sepuluh Nopember. Different from before, this time the 126th graduation was held offline with parents waiting in their respective departments with live streaming prepared to watch the graduation activities online.
Girhan Nuriski Lusandi as BEM of the Faculty of Electrical and Intelligent Information Technology (FTEIC) was happy with the offline graduation, because the 126th graduation was the first offline work program that involved every element in FTEIC. “What’s interesting about this graduation is that BEM FTEIC must coordinate and cooperate with all departmental associations to make this graduation a success,” he said enthusiastically.
This time 559 FTEIC graduates were officially declared graduated by ITS Chancellor, Prof. Dr. Ir. Mochamad Ashari, M.Eng. Among them there are 121 male graduates and 59 female graduates. This graduation, there were 180 graduates who managed to win cum laude degrees, ranging from bachelor’s, master’s, to doctoral levels.
In the master’s program, there are four students who achieved a perfect GPA by studying for four semesters and three of them came from FTEIC. They are Abid Famasya Abdillah from the Informatics Engineering study program, Doni Putra Purbawa from the Informatics Engineering study program, and Aldinata Rizky Revanda from the Informatics Engineering study program.
Turning to the doctoral program, four doctoral students also managed to show their best ability by achieving a GPA of 4.00 with a length of education, which is six semesters and two of them are from FTEIC. Wiwik Anggraeni, S.Si., M.Kom. from Electrical Engineering study program and Anny Yuniarti, S.Kom., M.Comp.Sc. from the computer science program.
At the end of the 126th graduation ceremony, ITS Chancellor, Prof. Dr. Ir. Mochamad Ashari, M.Eng, expressed his gratitude to all elements who have helped in the success of this 126th graduation. He also revealed that in the future these graduates will still be part of ITS who are members of the IKA ITS. Graduates can also take advantage of the various alumni facilities that will be provided.
