Surabaya, ELECTICS ITS – The Faculty of Intelligent Electrical and Informatics Technology (ELECTICS), Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember (ITS), organized a training program entitled “Building Positive Service Attitude and Interpersonal Skills” in collaboration with John Roberts Powers International, on Monday (December 15, 2025). The activity took place at the Senate Meeting Room, 1st Floor, ITS Rectorate Building, Sukolilo, and was attended by approximately 100 participants, consisting of lecturers and administrative staff.
This training was conducted as an effort by ELECTICS ITS to enhance the quality of service attitude and interpersonal skills of the academic community, particularly in responding to the dynamics of the work environment and the evolving characteristics of student generations.
The event began with participant registration, opening remarks, a prayer session, and the singing of the Indonesian national anthem Indonesia Raya and the ITS Hymn. The program then continued with an opening speech by the Dean of ELECTICS ITS, Prof. Dr. Diana Purwitasari, S.Kom., M.Sc. In her remarks, she emphasized that although the activity was held at the end of the year, the spirit to continue learning and improving competencies should remain strong.
“Even though this activity is held at the end of the year, which is often associated with the closing of various agendas, we hope that the enthusiasm to participate in training and to continuously develop oneself will remain high,” she stated.
