Guidelines for Uploading Parental Statements and Self-Isolation

In connection with the start of offline class, we hereby convey to fellow students, to be able to upload parental statements and self-isolation.

The steps are as follows :

1. Login to myITS Connect;
2. Select “Berkas Saya” or in English “My File”;
3. Download the both of templates (Unduh Templat Surat Pernyataan Orang Tua and Unduh Template Surat Pernyataan Isolasi Mandiri);
4. Fill the both of statement templates and upload it by click “Unggah Berkas” button.
