REQUIREMENTS FOR DISTRIBUTION OF HOMEBASE DOSEN

Homebase is a permanent lecturer in a study program at a university. DPTSI is the admin of the page forlap.dikti.go.id for managing the homebase transfer of lecturers, to transfer homebase between study programs at ITS (Moving Homebase Intra PT (internal)) please send some supporting documents to email lptsi@its.ac.id. The types of documents needed are as follows:

1. Letter of application for moving the homebase from Study Program / Department to SDMO and TSI Vice-Chancellor (WR3)
2. SK CPNS
3. Civil Servants SK
4. Lecturer Statement
5. Contains the willingness of the lecturer to be placed in the specific study program homebaseDocuments number 2 to number 5 to fulfill requests on supporting files, files in the form of jpg and not exceeding 500 KB
