New student admission selection program for undergraduate programs at ITS, referring to Regulation of the Minister of Research, Technology and Higher Education (Permenristekdikti) Number 2 Year 2015, concerning Acceptance of New Student Undergraduate Programs at State Universities, as amended by Regulation of the Minister of Research, Technology , and the Republic of Indonesia Higher Education Number 45 of 2015. The selection program is carried out through 3 selection channels, namely:

1. National University Entrance Entrance Selection (SNMPTN)
2. Joint Entrance Test for State Universities (SBMPTN)
3. Self Selection: Partnership and Independent Program (PKM)

The capacity of new ITS undergraduate students for each study program received through SNMPTN 30% (thirty percent) in each study program, through SBMPTN 40% (forty percent) in each study program and through 30% (thirty percent) independent selection ) in each study program.
