The assessment covers the following parameters:

  2. Responsiveness: The willingness of lecturers, administrative staff, and department management to assist students and provide services promptly.
  3. Assurance: The ability of lecturers, administrative staff, and department management to instill confidence in students that the services provided comply with established regulations and standards.
  4. Empathy: The willingness and concern of lecturers, administrative staff, and department management to give personal attention and care to students.
  5. Tangibles: Students’ assessment of the adequacy, accessibility, and quality of facilities and infrastructure.
