Continuing the Roadshow: IKA ITS East Java Extends Charity to 250 Children in Sidoarjo

PW IKA ITS East Java delegates and the family of Millinium Roudlotul Jannah Islamic Boarding School during the distribution of aid to 250 children in Sidoarjo (1/3). This marks the second stop of the 13th Annual Charity roadshow.
Sidoarjo — Following the successful launch in Bangkalan, the East Java Regional Executive of the Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember Alumni Association (PW IKA ITS) continued its “13th Annual Charity Program for 1,000 Orphans and Dhuafa” at the second location. The event took place at the Millinium Roudlotul Jannah Islamic Boarding School, Sidoarjo, on Sunday (March 1).
In this second phase of the regional roadshow, aid was distributed to 250 children, affectionately known as ‘anak langit,’ under the care of Gus Mad at the boarding school. This initiative remains part of the alumni’s collective effort to reach the total target of 1,000 beneficiaries across East Java.
The organizing committee expressed their profound gratitude to all donors, sponsors, and the committee members who made this event possible. Special appreciation was also extended to the Millinium Roudlotul Jannah Islamic Boarding School family for their warm reception and cooperation in facilitating this social mission.
Beyond providing immediate relief, this initiative underscores the significant role of ITS alumni in bridging the gap between academic excellence and social responsibility. By actively engaging with the community, alumni not only enhance the social welfare of the region but also strengthen ITS’s reputation as a socially-conscious institution.
