ISOCEEN 2023 is the 11th international virtual seminar dedicated to the advancement of Ocean and Coastal engineering, Environmental, and Natural Disaster Management. ISOCEEN has nurtured strong networks of researchers and professionals of related fields. With growing number of collaborative activities between several countries, this seminar gives the opportunity to promote research and foster the collaboration among universities, industries, businesses, and ocean-coastal communities.
