The Department of Industrial and Systems Engineering (DTSI) at Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember (ITS) successfully held a Guest Lecture for its postgraduate program, bringing together industry leaders to share valuable insights on risk management and supply chain analytics.
The event featured two distinguished speakers. Angga Adi Perdana, General Manager of Human Capital Business Partners at PT Semen Indonesia (Persero) Tbk, delivered a session on Corporate Risk Management, offering perspectives on how leading corporations navigate complex risk landscapes and develop resilient strategies.
The second speaker, Ari Primantara , Vice President (VP) of Warehouse and Packaging Systems at PT Petrokimia Gresik, presented IoT and Data Analytics for Supply Chain Risk Management. His talk highlighted the critical role of technology and data in identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks across modern supply chains.
The lecture took place at the Auditorium Sinarmas, DTSI ITS, and was attended by around 200 postgraduate students. The audience was notably diverse, comprising students from various academic and professional backgrounds. Many attendees are not only pursuing their postgraduate studies but are also actively working as professionals in their respective fields. The high level of engagement was evident, with students posing thoughtful and practical questions that reflected both academic curiosity and industry experience.
