Expected Learning Outcomes

I. Attitude

ELO-1
Demonstrate attitudes and character that reflect faith in God Almighty, ethical conduct and integrity, noble character, social and environmental awareness, respect for cultural diversity and pluralism, adherence to the rule of law, prioritization of national and public interests, as well as creativity, innovation, strong leadership, collaboration, and other personal potentials to achieve excellence and maximize outcomes.

II. General Skills

ELO-2
Identify, analyze, formulate, and solve mining engineering problems through logical, critical, systematic, innovative, and evidence-based thinking by applying science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM), both independently and collaboratively, as demonstrated through a final project or other equivalent learning experiences.

ELO-3
Engage in lifelong learning, work collaboratively, communicate effectively, demonstrate leadership, and develop technology-based entrepreneurship to compete at both national and international levels by utilizing information and communication technologies.

III. Knowledge

ELO-4
Apply knowledge of mathematics, natural sciences, information and communication technology, and mining engineering principles to analyze, design, and solve problems related to mineral exploration, mining operations, and mineral resource management.

Apply mining engineering principles, concepts, and techniques by utilizing Artificial Intelligence (AI), autonomous mining systems, industry-standard engineering software, and digital technologies to develop solutions that consider Occupational Health, Safety, and Environment (OHSE), as well as social, cultural, economic, and global aspects.

IV. Specific Skills

ELO-6
Design and conduct experiments, analyze and interpret data, make informed decisions, and perform professional mining engineering practices responsibly while upholding ethical standards.

Design mining systems that integrate occupational health and safety (OHS), environmental protection, social and economic considerations, sustainability, mine reclamation, and post-mining management, while continuously acquiring and applying new knowledge in line with advances in science and technology.
