Policy about Pay Scale Equity at ITS

Policy pay scale equality is an essential component to managing salaries that aims to reduce salary gaps and promote organizational fairness. Companies that apply pay scale fairness not only minimize inequality in wages and create a sense of fairness among their employees, but they also boost employee engagement and retention. This policy adheres to the diversity and inclusion principles, aiding in the elimination of gender and racial pay disparities and promoting the development of a more equitable and transparent work environment.

ITS is committed to implementing pay scale equality in order to eliminate the gender pay gap with objective calculations. ITS has two regulations governing pay scales consisting of wages and incentives.  The rules are Regulation of ITS Rector No. 7 Year 2020 and Regulation of ITS Rector No. 18 Year 2021. The Regulation of ITS Rector No. 7 Year 2020 about Amendments to Regulation of ITS Rector No. 2 Year 2017 about Employment at ITS. According to Article 24, ITS provides payment in the form of wages and incentives. Specifically, the rules regarding the evaluation process and incentives for payments can be found within Regulation of ITS Rector No. 18 Year 2021.
