MOTIP 12 — The 12th International Conference in Multidisciplinary Research on Technology and Innovation Project will be held in Surabaya on January 30–31, 2026, using a hybrid format.

The onsite sessions will take place at:

  • Official airport taxis are available at the arrival terminal.
  • Estimated fare to ITS Tjokroaminoto Campus: Rp 150,000 – Rp 220,000, depending on traffic.

Using Online Transportation (Grab / Gojek)

  • Online ride-hailing services can be booked from the airport pickup zone.
  • Estimated fare: Rp 120,000 – Rp 180,000, depending on time and traffic conditions.

Using DAMRI Airport Bus

  • Take the DAMRI bus from Juanda Airport to Terminal Bungurasih (Purabaya).
  • DAMRI fare: approximately Rp 25,000.
  • From Terminal Bungurasih, continue to ITS Tjokroaminoto Campus by taxi or online transportation with an additional fare of Rp 50,000 – Rp 90,000.

Travel Time and Accessibility

The total travel time from Juanda International Airport to Surabaya city center and the ITS Tjokroaminoto Campus is typically 45–60 minutes, depending on traffic conditions.

Note:
Participants are advised to allow additional travel time during peak hours, particularly in the morning and late afternoon. Online transportation services are widely available and commonly used in Surabaya.

General Rules

  1. Dress code: formal or batik (no t-shirt).
  2. Online presenter should be use the virtual background (download here). Thus, the video should be on during presentation.
  3. Rename your Zoom account with format: ID_full name, example: 150_Ahmad Fawwaz Robi Pradana.
  4. Kindly join the sessions according to Book of Program (download here).
  5. To obtain certificate of presenter, you must attend the whole session, from opening session, parallel sessions, giving presentation, until closing ceremony by accessing this link during the conference.
  6. The proof of attendance can be a screenshot of the webinar page, containing the material slide and/or the speaker, your face, and your name.
  7. Please fill this attendance report by uploading your proof of attendance.
  8. Our staff will check your name anytime during conference for certificate eligibility.

Presentation Rules

  1. The session chairs will guide the parallel session and they will be helped by an assistant as an administrator and a time keeper.
  2. You must attend the webinar at least 5 minutes before the opening session starts. Kindly report to the session chair when you arrive at virtual meeting before the session starts.
  3. The presentation time is 15 minutes per presenter, including question and answer. Session chair will interrupt and stop the presentation if the time is over.
  4. Presentation slide and speech must be delivered in English, the presentation template can be downloaded here.
  5. Question and answer must be delivered in English.

Technical Suggestions

  1. Presentation using laptop/computer is preferable.
  2. You should look for comfortable and quiet place to avoid any disturbance during the session.
  3. Before the conference, make sure that your connection, audio, video, and any other technical function in your Zoom application are running properly.
  4. Having backup/alternative internet connection is preferable.
