All Tendik in each work unit must participate, because it will be one aspect of the work assessment
Participants are groups/teams consisting of 1 team leader and a maximum of 7 members (1 group consisting of a maximum of 8 people) in the same work unit
Creating a comfortable and safe work environment
Teams can be arranged independently which is facilitated by the Wadir/Kaburo/Manager/Head of Division/Head of Subdivision in their respective work units.
Fostering cooperation and a spirit of collaboration between employees
Wadir/Kaburo/Manager/Head of Division/Head of Subdivision/Supervisor must be a member of one of the teams in the work unit

The results of the documentation are compiled in the form of an activity report in accordance with the booklet format that has been provided on the page https://www.its.ac.id/sdmo/id/kegiatan/program-5ss/program-5ss-2021/
The report file is uploaded to https://intip.in/PengumpulanBookletBudayaKerja2021 with the file name format NAME HEAD OF GROUP_NAME WORK UNIT
