Rudy has been teaching at the Department of Urban and Regional Planning, ITS since 1989 and became a member of the Urban Development and Design Laboratory. His research interest is Urban Planning and Management. Rudy served as the department secretary in 2002 – 2003. Currently, he is a member of LSP PWK – BNSP as an urban and regional planning assessor and East Java Planning Ahi Association as Chairman of the Expert Council.
