SUPPLYING OF MATERIALS ITS IPITS LIBRARY 2022

2022 ITS Library IPITS Speaker coordination meeting (20/7/22) was held in a Hybrid manner in the 3rd-floor internet room of the ITS Library, attended by 33 participants consisting of 11 ITS students, 20 ITS Library staff, and 2 other ITS unit staff. For participants from ITS students who are unable to attend the ITS Library, they can take part in the coordination meeting online through the media zoom conference.

The coordination meeting was opened with remarks and directions from Mr. Edy Suprayitno, S.S., M.Hum. as the Head of the ITS Library. Entering the core session, namely a technical explanation of the implementation of IPITS 2022 related to ITS Library facilities and services delivered by Astutik Nur Qomariyah, S.Sos., M.Hum. as the head of the activity as well as the person in charge of information literacy services. The next event was a sharing session on experiences from previous year’s speakers related to strategies, tips, and tricks to become IPITS speakers, which was delivered by Mizati Wasdiana Dewi. The last is discussion and question and answer.

Several participants asked questions, gave suggestions, and also input during the discussion and question and answer sessions both offline and online via zoom. Some of them are the placement of the ITS Library profile video screening in the last session after the delivery of material in ppt slides and quizzes or games, the presenter approaching one or several participants so that IPITS activities are more interactive, the promotion of a series of activities in the open house agenda is delivered by the speaker at IPITS, giving vouchers eat and drink at the ITS Library CCWS for 2 IPITS participants in each cluster.
