IEEE-ITS APC Program#2

The ITS Library, in collaboration with the IEEE (Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers), is organizing an Article Processing Charge (APC) Program for the ITS academic community. The IEEE-ITS APC Program provides subsidies for article publication fees to authors from the ITS academic community to support an increase in the number of open access (OA) publications in IEEE journals.

Terms and Conditions for APC IEEE-ITS#2: 1. ITS Academic Community. 2.Must be listed as the first author and corresponding author affiliated with ITS (must use an ITS email address). 3. Valid through October 10, 2025, while APC tokens are available 4. Submitted manuscripts or publications must have an “ACCEPTED” status in an IEEE journal(https://open.ieee.org/publishing-options/ieee-title-list/) 5. Has not yet received funding from other sources.

Notes: • This program is not competitive, and submissions are accepted as long as APC tokens are available (first come, first served; one token per paper). • Before the APC process is approved by the administrator, the entire verification process is conducted by IEEE. • The administrator’s approval of APC funding is independent of the reviewers and editorial staff. • If there are additional pages or other elements that do not comply with IEEE writing standards, the submission will not be accepted; if there are excess pages, they will not be covered under the APC scheme. Authors must cover any additional fees incurred themselves. • The APC token quota provided for the IEEE-ITS #2 APC program is 12. • APC tokens that have been used can be viewed in the list of documents that have received IEEE ITS APCs on the ITS Library website.
