GENERAL COLLECTION AND RESERVE COLLECTION

The book collection on the 5th floor consists of required textbooks, supplementary textbooks, and recommended textbooks relevant to the curriculum in effect at ITS. These books contain information from various academic disciplines and are shelved under classification numbers 000–900. • The library’s textbook collection consists of 42,753 titles and 100,171 copies. • The library’s supplementary book collection consists of 22,846 titles and copies. The circulation desk also issues a “clearance slip” to students as proof that they have no outstanding loans or other obligations to the library. This clearance slip is intended to ensure the collection is well-maintained and that students comply with library regulations. For students, this clearance slip is required for graduation or to receive their diploma.
