The ITS Library Is One of the Study Destinations for Students from Bintang Pelajar Islamic Boarding School in Bogor

Surabaya — On Tuesday, October 27, 2026, the Library of the Sepuluh Nopember Institute of Technology (ITS) welcomed a visit from Bintang Pelajar Islamic Boarding School (BPIBS) in Bogor. The visit, attended by 25 students and 9 accompanying teachers, was part of a series of campus study activities organized by the Department of Computer Engineering, Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Intelligent Informatics (FTEIC) at ITS.

Through this activity, participants were invited to get a closer look at the ITS campus environment, including the various facilities and learning resources available. The ITS Library was one of the destinations on the tour, designed to highlight the library’s role as a center for learning and information for the academic community.

The series of visits to the ITS Library took the form of a library tour, starting from the 5th floor and proceeding down to the 1st floor. During the tour, participants were introduced to the library’s various facilities, spaces, and services. The students and their accompanying teachers also showed great enthusiasm, asking numerous questions about the available facilities and services.

Through this visit, it is hoped that participants will gain an understanding of the academic environment of a university, particularly the facilities and services of the ITS Library as a space that supports learning, research, and knowledge development.
