In 2018, each domain and hosting request will be changed to a subfolder, the rules are as follows:
- Request new domains and hosting for categories: Faculties, Departments, Subfolders will be named:
- its.ac.id/Faculty name (equated with the leadership email name)
- its.ac.id/Department name (equated with the name of the leadership email)
- its.ac.id/Unit name (equivalent to the name of the leader’s email)
- For the template, it is adjusted to the template made by ITS
- Because there will be a socialization of migrating subdomains to subfolders from SEKIT ITS (new domain and hosting requests are pending first)
- The server is matched with the server www.its.ac.id
- Request to change server (ZEUS2, VPS) for categories: Faculties, Departments, Subfolders will be named:
- if soon, it will be processed
- if not, then it is advisable to wait: because there will be a socialization of the subdomain migration to the subfolder of SEKIT ITS
- Request new domains and hosting in the category of Seminars, Student Affairs (BEM, HIMA, UKM, etc.), Laboratories, Others, subfolders will be created:
- its.ac.id/Seminar name submitted
- its.ac.id/The name of student affair activity submitted
- its.ac.id/StudentAssociation-nameofDepartement submitted
- its.ac.id/StudentExecutiveBoard-FacultyName proposed
- its.ac.id/StudentActivityUnits-ActivityName proposed
- its.ac.id/lab-nameofLab submitted
- its.ac.id/names-Others proposed
- The template must be paid: provided by DPTSI
- The server is matched with its.ac.id server
- Application for a domain for SIM remains a subdomain instead of a subfolder.
