Every student who has conducted a Thesis Proposal Seminar and Thesis Seminar is required to collect a book (hard copy) of a Thesis and Thesis Proposal to two different places, namely the Reading Room of the ITS Technology Management Department and the ITS Library.

Submission of a Thesis Book for Library Free during a pandemic can be done on:
Days: Monday and Wednesday
Time: 8:00 – 10:00 WIB
Venue: Dropbox Security Officer Post of the Department of Technology Management, ITS Tjokroaminoto Campus (Google Map)
Procedure: Please collect in the thesis dropbox at the Security Officer Post.

Submission of a Thesis Book for Library Free during a pandemic can be done on:
Days: Monday and Wednesday
Time: 8:00 – 10:00 WIB
Place: 1st floor Library, Processing Room, ITS Sukolilo Campus (Google Map)
Procedures:
1. Book loan status, late book return, loan fines, locker lock penalties will be checked by the librarian.
2. If there are any debt, the librarian will contact students through email, WhatsApp, or SMS to +6285937062001.
3. If there are not any problem, the free loan letter will be sent directly to the student’s email according to the email registered in the repository account.
