Location: MMT-ITS Campus Jl. Cokroaminoto 12 A, Surabaya

Hours: 10.00-13.00 WIB.

Please come 30 minutes before the test

For those who have not collected the registration form file, please send it immediately to MMT-ITS campus before July 27, 2019, as for the files we mean, namely;

• Registration Form
• Certificates & Legalized Transcripts
• Original TOEFL & TPA Certificate
• 2 Letter of Recommendation
• Health certificate
• Proof of payment

For those who do not have complete supporting data, please immediately complete
