Surabaya, December 18, 2025 – The Quality Assurance Office (KPM) of Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember (ITS) welcomed a visit from the Academic Quality Assurance Board (BPMA) of Universitas Bina Sarana Informatika (UBSI) and the Quality Management Center (QMC) of Binus University. The visit aimed to strengthen collaboration and share best practices in higher education quality assurance management.
The meeting, held at the ITS Rectorate Building, was attended by representatives from UBSI and Binus, who were warmly received by the ITS Quality Assurance team. Discussions covered strategic topics such as the implementation of the Internal Quality Assurance System (SPMI), quality audit management, and innovations in developing academic quality standards.
Head of KPM ITS, Prof. Dr. Ir. Sri Gunani Partiwi, MT., emphasized that this visit serves as an important momentum for mutual learning and improving governance quality. “We hope this synergy will strengthen the quality ecosystem in Indonesian higher education,” they stated.
In addition to the discussion sessions, the event featured presentations on ITS’s digitalized quality assurance system and a benchmarking session on monitoring and evaluation mechanisms implemented by UBSI and Binus.
The visit concluded with a joint commitment to establish sustainable collaboration, including plans for future training and workshops.
