Surabaya, May 7, 2025 – The Quality Assurance Office of Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember (KPM ITS) welcomed a visit from the participants of the ITS International Staff Mobility Program 2025 on Tuesday, May 7, 2025. This visit was part of a broader international mobility initiative aimed at strengthening collaboration between higher education institutions on a global scale and enhancing institutional capacity in quality assurance management.

The delegation consisted of five representatives from ITS’s international partner universities:

• Prof. Ananta Choudhury from Assam down town University, India

• Mr. Mohd Hafizee Bin Mohd Hatta from University of Malaya, Malaysia

• Ms. Eva Maureen V. Milo from Panpacific University, the Philippines

• Ms. Nannapat Tagoyai from Mahidol University, Thailand

• Ms. Huang Yi Ching from National Chung Cheng University (CCU), Taiwan

The visit was hosted by Prof. Dr. Ir. Sri Gunani Partiwi, M.T., Head of KPM ITS, along with the staff of the Quality Assurance Office at the ITS Graduate School Building.

In her welcome remarks, Prof. Sri Gunani stated that the visit served as an important opportunity to share best practices in quality assurance governance aligned with international standards.

“We are pleased to share our experience in building a quality assurance system based on the PPEPP cycle and its integration with global performance indicators. This session is not just about systems, but also about fostering a cross-national culture of quality,” she said.

The participants showed great enthusiasm during presentations on the organizational structure of KPM ITS, the implementation of internal quality audits, and the management of key performance indicators relevant to international rankings.

The visit concluded with a group photo session and the exchange of souvenirs from KPM ITS, symbolizing strong international collaboration and partnership.
