Pelaksanaan UTBK berlangsung di Lab. Kota Cerdas dan Keamanana Siber (KCKS) Departemen Teknologi Informasi ITS. Kegiatan ini akan berlangsung mulai dari tanggal 12 April hingga 18 April 2021, lalu berlanjut lagi dari tanggal 26 April hingga 2 Mei 2021. Mengingat keadaan sedang pandemi, protokol kesehatan dilakukan demi mencegah penyebaran virus COVID-19.
