AI Applications in Food Technology
Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember (ITS) is pleased to share an opportunity for students to participate in the HCMUT International Summer Program 2026, hosted by Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology (HCMUT), Vietnam.
This international summer program offers an interdisciplinary learning experience combining artificial intelligence and food technology. Participants will explore how AI is transforming food production, quality control, nutrition, traceability, and smart food systems.
The program integrates lectures, hands-on workshops, laboratory sessions, industry visits, and collaborative projects, alongside cultural immersion activities in Vietnam.

Participants will join a diverse cohort of approximately 55 students, including international and HCMUT students, ensuring a rich cross-cultural experience.
Visa requirements depend on nationality. Some countries are eligible for visa-free entry (up to 45 days), while others will require a student visa supported by HCMUT.
