(Urgent) One Year Integrated SESP Student Exchange Program 2026 at Hanyang Univ Erica Campus

Dear ITS Students

Hanyang University Erica Campus South Korea is opening for  one year Science and Engineering Scholarship Program (SESP) Students Exchange 2026 (March 2026 – March 2027).  HYU Erica campus offer scholarship to  join this program.

Target
Senior undergraduate students who can participate in Hanyang’s exchange program in science & engineering majors from partner universities

Objective
To invite outstanding students for 1-year exchange study and offer opportunity to continue into Integrated Master’s & PhD degree at ERICA campus

Program Duration

The Science & Engineering Scholarship Program (SESP) is a scholarship initiative at Hanyang University ERICA designed to offer full-tuition support for outstanding students who demonstrate excellent academic and research performance during their one-year exchange study at HYU ERICA. Eligible students first join the university as regular exchange students for two semesters. Based on their academic records, research potential, and an interview (if required), students may receive final acceptance into the integrated Master’s & PhD program at the end of the exchange period. If a selected student is required to complete remaining coursework at their home university, admission to the graduate program can be deferred for up to one year.

Departements & Labs

Here the list dept in HYU Erica. You must choose the departement from this following lists. Kindly noted that  Applicants to the SESP program will be placed in one of the participating laboratories under the supervision of a HYU ERICA faculty member. Each lab specializes in a specific research field and is managed by a designated lab manager.

This program are open for ITS students D4/S1  batch 2022 or 2023 only from related engineering departement only (FTSPK, FTEIC, FT-IRS,  FTK & Vokasi) 

Here are the required documents that you need to prepare :

1. CV
2. a motivation letter to join the exchange program and intend to continue at Master & PhD level at HYU Erica (maximum two pages)
3. One original Official Academic Transcript in English version (GPA min 3,3)
4. Photocopy of the applicant’s passport information page (Valid minimum one year with the validity from one year from 1 March 2026) 
5. Certificate of Enrollment
6. Have a valid English proficiency score: minimum
   – TOEFL iBT 80 or above
   – IELTS 6.5 or above
   – a statement  letter that all academic process conduct in english (for IUP only)   -TOEIC: 785 or above
   – Cambridge English Test: overall 170 or above
   – Duolingo: 95 or above
7. Statement Letter & Learning Agreement (please download from here http://bit.ly/its-student-exchange ) Please get signature from your Head of Department at Coordinator Department section and please leave blank at Institutional Coordinator section. Kindly note that you need to submit 2 learning agreement forms. Make sure also that you consult with your departement about the final project planning if you are accepted in this program
8. Certificate of GCW/GCA minimum C  or GCW Test result with minimum score 80
9. Scanned of Parents letter support (the letter must signed by your parents and the letter must mention about the awareness of your parents about this program. Please also mention that your parents support you for the financial and other things if you are accepted in this program

Incomplete and late applications will not be processed.
