Erasmus+ ICM Staff Mobility – Ataturk University, Turkey

Programme Overview:

An Erasmus+ staff mobility programme (training-focused) under International Credit Mobility (ICM), aimed at administrative members from Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember (ITS), Surabaya.

Key Details:

Target participants:

  • Full-time staff (PNS, Non-PNS) at ITS with at least 2 years of service
  • Priority given to:
  • Staff in charge global engagement
  • Staff in charge global reputation/international alumni/SDGs/alumni (global)
  • Alumni of OSM program
  • Liaison Officer at Department
  • Staff in charge for international programs development and/or student services

📅 Mobility Duration:

  • 5 working days + 2 travel days
  • Suggested travel period: Before July 2023

💰 Funding:

  • Per diem: €140/day
  • Travel grant: Up to €1500 depending on travel distance (distance calculator)
  • Payment method: reimbursement*

📋 Training Requirement:

  • At least 5 days of teaching with a minimum of 8 hours total
