Join the Delightful Capadocia Spring School 2025 and immerse yourself in an unforgettable learning experience in Istanbul. Earn up to 3 ECTS credits while exploring a vibrant cultural and academic environment.

Who Can Apply?

  • ITS Students (D4/S1/S2/S3 – All Batches)

Required Documents:

  1. CV
  2. Scanned passport information page (valid at least 1 year from 26 July 2025)
  3. Scanned Student ID/Certificate of Enrollment
  4. Statement Letter – Download here
  5. Parental Support Letter (signed, confirming financial & emotional support)
  6. GCW Certificate (Min. C) or Test Result (Min. 80) (S2 applicants can submit an R2SEP certificate instead)
  7. Parental Statement Letter (in Bahasa, confirming financial & mental support – no format required)

Incomplete applications will not be processed.

How to Apply:

  1. Submit your application via Study Abroad Application Form
  2. Combine all documents into one (.zip/.rar) file
  3. After submission, send a confirmation email to studyabroad@its.ac.id with the subject:
    “Confirmation Study Abroad Application_DIstanbul_NAME_NRP”

Application Deadline: 18 March 2025 (09:00 WIB)
