Dear ITS Students,
NCU’s International Environment Sustainable Development (IESD) Program is an interdepartmental program involving 4 departements and institutes in the College of Engineering and the Center for Space and Remote Sensing Research. The objective of the IESD program is to nurture the professional experts of environment sustainable development for long term demand and to assist the advancement of internationalization of NCU as well as to promote the international cooperation. The program is devided into 3 areas :
– Energy Technology and Policy
– Environmental Technology
– Remote Sensing and Geographic
Student must complete a minimum of 24 credits in elective courses, 6 credits of a thesis, and 2 credits of Special Topics. In addition, students can select 4 credits for Chinese Language Program offered by the Language Center of NCU. The application date : Jan 1st – March 15th, 2020. The application must be uploaded to the online application website by March 15th. Application received after the deadline will not be accepted. In addition, IESD program is sponsored by ICDF scholarship, which is a full spectrum two-year scholarship. Scholarship recipient will receive 15000 NT dollars of monthly allowance and full payment for tuition and credit fees. It’s a terrific opportunity for students who want to study abroad without financially burden.
