Dear ITS Students, University of Innsbruck is accepting application on 12 PhD fellowships positions in Ageing, Stem Cell and Drug Research within the doctoral programme “Ageing, Regeneration, and Drug Research” (ARDRE) at the University of Innsbruck

Located at the Center of Europe and in the heart of the Alps, the University of Innsbruck provides an excellent surrounding for cutting-edge research and learning. At the crossroads of European countries and scientific communities, we offer an inspiring multidisciplinary atmosphere and an outstanding international scientific network. The Marie Skłodowska-Curie doctoral programme ARDRE (Ageing, Regeneration, and Drug Research) offers 12 PhD fellowship positions for highly qualified early-stage researchers (ESR) who wish to obtain a doctoral degree with a focus on ageing research, research in stem cells and regeneration, as well as drug research at the University of Innsbruck (UIBK) in Austria.

ARDRE provides structured training in both research-relevant and professional skills by building expertise in the fields of cellular and organismal ageing mechanisms, 2) stem cell and regeneration biology and 3) drug discovery, in a well-coordinated network structure. Our mission is to transfer advanced knowledge of ageing and regeneration mechanisms, as well as innovative drug research to the next generation of scientists, and train the ESR at the highest level possible.

This project provides structured training in both research-relevant and professional skills by building expertise in the fields of cellular and organismal ageing mechanisms; stem cell and regeneration biology; and drug discovery.
